Master's degree or above in mathematics, physics, information processing, computer science, or related fields.
Familiarity with image color knowledge and understanding of CMOS sensors and ISP imaging processes.
For mathematics/physics majors, a deep understanding of professional knowledge in the field and the ability to apply it to solve practical problems.
For non-mathematics/physics majors, familiarity with at least one noise model (including but not limited to optics, radar, acoustics).Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, C/C++, JAVA, MATLAB.
Strong sense of responsibility, ability to learn new things, and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsible for system simulation analysis of spectral chips/modules, disassembly of modules, and formulation of key indicators.
Develop implementation plans for specific modules based on customer requirements, such as micro-nano structure design, calibration testing, or algorithm development.
Conduct systematic analysis of problems and provide solutions.

Master's degree or above in microelectronics, optoelectronics, electronic engineering, semiconductor physics, or related fields. Research experience in photonics crystals, metasurfaces, and a solid foundation in geometric optics.
Strong mathematical and physical foundations, good communication and coordination skills, and practical abilities to independently verify the principles of the proposed solutions. Enthusiasm for sensor development.
Prior experience in data processing or algorithm development is preferred, as well as experience in micro-nano fabrication processes.

Design, analyze, and optimize the modulation layer/micro-nano structures of spectral chips based on customer requirements.
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, or related fields. Research experience in photonic crystals and metamaterials during the academic stage is preferred.
Strong mathematical and physical foundation, with a deep understanding of the interaction between micro-nano structures and electromagnetic waves. Proficient in electromagnetic wave simulation methods such as FDTD and RCWA.
Complete the simulation design of micro-nano structures and optimize the design based on test results according to company business needs.
Proficiency in GDS layout design software such as Klayout is preferred. Coding skills are a plus.

Over 5 years of sales experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in module factories, chip manufacturers, optical devices, or sensors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong enthusiasm for learning and understanding new technologies, and the ability to translate this into business opportunities and sales strategies.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adjust sales strategies based on market dynamics.
Willingness to travel regularly.
